Data Governance and Data Management Leader
Eleven years building data functions in high-growth Indonesian companies, from a ride-hailing super-app to an agri-tech scale-up and now a farmers' cooperative. At the scale-up I led company-wide data governance: verified company metrics, data policy, data quality, and personal-data and access governance under Indonesia's PDP Law. At the cooperative I built the end-to-end data environment on Google Workspace.
I am known as a data translator. I set policy with leadership, product, finance, legal, and HR teams, and I build the tools, dashboards, and SOPs that make the policy work.
Each one covers the problem, the decisions and why, what happened, and what I would do differently today. Visuals use synthetic data; company details stay out.
Setting the standard
The same metric meant different things in different reports. A short approval path gave each company metric one owner and one written definition.
How a small governance team stopped fixing issues one by one and started making the policies product, engineering and business teams work by.
BI activity logs and weighted criteria, designed with People & Culture, to spot the people already doing analysis in other teams.
Data requirements written into the PRD and turned into automated checks, piloted with engineering squads.
Building it myself
AppSheet apps as the system of record for sales, purchasing, operations and accounting across feed, fish and seed.
Google Workspace, AppSheet, and Apps Script as a layered stack, with an official definition for every number on the dashboard.
Teaching & community
I teach and share practical data knowledge from the basics: data logic, record structure, and how data relates, with Google Sheets as the practice ground. You can try the free 12-question self-assessment, which suggests what to learn next.
